Fitness Model Execution III

A fitness model was working out in her home gym. After she finished, she checked her body with a mirror. She seemed satisfied with her perfect body but was disappointed with her belly so she started doing crunches. Suddenly there was a loud thud from outside her room. She went out to investigate the sound when an arrow suddenly entered her navel. She didn't immediately die of course, so the killer punched her in the stomach. The fitness model fell on top of her bed.
