Fitness Model Execution II

A fitness model came home from the gym and inspected herself in front of a mirror. However, she's not satisfied with her own abs so she went down to do some crunches. After almost 1000 crunches, an assassin came into her room. The fitness model's ex-boyfriend had sent the assassin to kill her as painfully as possible. The assassin then stabbed her in her powerful abs. How long could the fitness model stay alive with a knife in her stomach?
