A woman was caught by a serial killer. Her arms and legs were tied up. The serial killer stabbed her in the navel with a scalpel and then put her finger inside of it. She grabbed her intestines and then pulled it out. She then slashed and stabbed her intestines, making her vomit blood. The serial killer then left her to die with a scalpel stuck in her intestines. Remarkably, the woman was still still alive after 5 hours! The serial killer then ended her misery by twirling the scalpel around until she died.

It's amazing that these kinds of scenes are in an award-winning book, isn't it?
