Extremely Realistic Harakiri

A gorgeous girl decided to commit harakiri after entering her room. She took off her shirt and took out a sword from her closet. She then stabbed herself in the navel. After a few moments, she stabbed the sword all the way through her back. After 30 minutes of enjoying her agony, her roommate entered her room and asked what's going on. When she found out her friend was committing harakiri, she offered to help. Her roommate did something to her that made her vomit blood and quicken her death.

How did the roommate help her friend kill herself?
