The Loyal Agent

A courier was sent to a secret agent to retrieve a pill for developing super soldiers. The agent informed the courier that the package was inside her belly. The courier took a scalpel and operated on the agent's navel to extract the package. After the package was successfully extracted from the agent's navel, the agent ordered the courier to kill her. The loyal agent asked to be stabbed in the navel with a knife to remove any trace of her involvement. It was a torturous way to die for the loyal agent. Blood come out of her mouth before she finally died.
