Just to clarify, what I meant by "Real" is that the actress really is a bodybuilder ;-)

A female bodybuilder has just arrived home. She took her shirt off and started doing sit ups. Her rival suddenly arrived to murder the female bodybuilder. The rival started stabbing the female bodybuilder in the abs but the knife couldn't penetrate it. The female bodybuilder then suggested to stab the knife into her navel, but her rival only stabbed it halfway in. The female bodybuilder was worried that the knife would fall off so she then stabbed it all to the hilt herself. The female bodybuilder then continued her sit ups.

How long can the female bodybuilder survive with a knife stuck in her navel?

I love the way the female bodybuilder can open and close her navel with her abdominal muscles. I can only imagine how enjoyable it is if her abs crushed my fingers with her navel as she does her sit ups!
