This video can be considered as the sequel to Invincible Fitness Model, one of the best selling videos.

A fitness model came home from the gym and took her shirt off. She was still not satisfied with her abs so she went to the floor to do some crunches. In the middle of her exercise, her rival came into the room with a knife. Her rival wanted to test the power of her abs again. The fitness model stood up and her rival stabbed her in the navel. The fitness model asked why she was stabbed in the same place as the last time but her rival assured her that this would be different. Her rival pulled the knife out and started disemboweling the fitness model. Once her guts were out, her rival told her to continue her crunches. The fitness lied down on the floor and did her crunches again. Unwilling to be defeated, her rival stepped on the fitness model's intestines and crushed it with her foot, causing her to vomit lots of blood.

Version 1: The fitness model died a horrible death.

Version 2: Her rival was satisfied that the fitness model's couldn't continue her crunches while her intestines were crushed under her foot so she left her to die. However, the fitness model survived. She gathered her own guts and went out to seek medical attention.
