Most Painful Stomach Ache

I was chilling in bed when my ex-girlfriend showed up with a terrible stomach ache. I told her to lie on the bed with a pillow behind her back to stretch her belly and ease the pain. I then rubbed her stomach and stroke her hair. After she fell asleep, I took a knife and stabbed her repeatedly in her navel. I managed to stab her 19 times before she was finally able to push me away. As she crawled away, she pulled the knife out, making blood flow like a fountain out of her navel. She then fell on her back while clutching her belly. I took the knife again and stabbed her 13 times again in her navel until she vomited blood. My ex-girlfriend finally died after being stabbed 32 times in her navel.
