Self Navel Operation

A young and beautiful female doctor, wearing a sexy blue crop top and jeans shorts, was on her way home when she was mugged and shot in the navel. Fortunately, she managed to get home alive. Because she's a doctor, she decided to operate on her own navel. After she prepared a scalpel, she inserted the scalpel into her own navel to extract the bullet. She succeeded in extracting the bullet although it was excruciatingly painful. She then got up to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, the mugger followed her home and shot her again, this time with an arrow. The mugger then tortured her by twirling the arrow until she vomited blood.
