Rich Schoolgirl Navel Stabbed

A rich schoolgirl has just arrived at her mansion. Unfortunately, a killer was already waiting for her inside. The killer hit the schoolgirl in the head with a steal pipe, knocking her unconscious. The killer then opened her schoolgirl uniform and exposed her navel. The schoolgirl started waking up but the killer suddenly stabbed her navel with a knife. The schoolgirl could only scream and cry in pain when the killer repeatedly stabbed her in the navel, staining her skirt with lots of blood. The killer then started twirling the knife and making the schoolgirl vomit lots of blood. After she died, the killer played with the hole in her navel before escaping.
