Bikini Girls Double Navel Stab

Two girls in bikinis were sunbathing. An alarm goes off and they went inside. After one of them went to the bathroom, a killer threw a knife at the other girl's navel. She went down in pain with blood dripping down her belly. Her friend came out of the bathroom and noticed her friend already dead on the floor. She tried to call the police but the killer also threw a knife into her navel. The killer then twirled the knife around, torturing her to death.
