Two girls were exercising together. One of them was jealous that the other girl was sexier than she was so she went into her room, took out a spear, and stabbed it into the other girl's navel while she was resting. She then pulled it out and stabbed it into her belly and navel again. She then tortured her to death by twirling the spear around, shredding her guts.
