The Vampire's Loyal Servant (Warning: Extremely bloody)

A servant was cleaning the house when the vampire came out of his room to go to work. He asked for some breakfast so the servant went to her knees and offered her neck. The vampire was tired of drinking from her neck so the servant prepared something else. She took a steel pipe and stabbed it into her own navel, making her blood spill onto the floor. The vampire took a glass and drank the blood from his servant's navel. After the vampire left for work, the servant continued her chores. Unfortunately, she slipped on her own blood and fell down, impaling the pipe through her navel and out her back, making her vomit blood. The vampire's loyal servant finally died with her eyes open.
